James has worked in commercial property in west London since 1996 and gained membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1998. He established Cousins West in 2001 and has an in depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial property including sales, lettings, acquisitions and professional consultancy advice.
James acts for a range of clients ranging from private landlords and tenants to national PLCs.
Tim Joined Cousins West in 2011 to concentrate on the expansion of the commercial agency side of the business. Having worked in the property industry since 2005, he has gained valuable experience in investment agency, asset management and property development.
Tim graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 2005 and holds an honours degree in Property Economics, he is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
